1. Acceptance

By using Ovis, we understand that you agree to comply with all the requirements and conditions described below. We invite you to read them carefully so you know how we take care of this tool together.

2. Use of the app

Ovis is a tool for churches to manage the consolidation of their members. You agree to use it legally and respectfully: no offensive content, harassment, or misuse of other people's data.

3. Accounts and churches

Each church is registered under a main pastor/administrator. The administrator is responsible for inviting only authorized leaders and for keeping the password to their account secure.

4. Data the church records

The church is responsible for the data it records about the people it accompanies (names, phone numbers, notes). The church must inform those people about the use of their data and obtain consent when applicable law requires it. Misuse of data collected by the church will be sanctioned, and anyone who does so may be subject to justice under applicable law.

5. Subscription and payments

Full access requires an active subscription paid by the church (monthly or yearly). Leaders of a church do not pay individually. We offer a 14-day trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account from the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the app available at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance or improvements involving brief interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

Ovis is offered "as is". We are not responsible for pastoral decisions, misuse of data by authorized leaders, or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When there are important changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.
